Payment Options

In cash at the bulkheads of our premises

After you write your order, you will first pay a deposit (usually 50% of the total amount), the rest will be paid when the work is delivered.

Bank transfer

In the case of a bank transfer payment, the execution of the order is commenced as soon as the relevant amount has been credited to our account on the advance invoice. In the Czech Republic, the law stipulates a time limit for the bank transfer. In the case of a transfer within the same bank, the money must be transferred on the same day. If the transfer is to the account of another bank, the money must be transferred no later than the second bank business day.

Payment card at the bulkheads of our premises

At our branches we accept VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MAESTRO and MASTERCARD payment cards.

Payment card on our website

Our company uses the security system 3D-Secure, the MasterCard and Visa Association, which ensures security by not providing us with data from your card but directly with the bank. So none of our employees have access to this data.

This form of payment can be made using a payment terminal. You are informed by e-mail about the transaction result.

Online via the Internet can be paid by VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MAESTRO and MASTERCARD.

Payment options by document type

  • Payment based on advance invoice
If you do not have the opportunity to come to us personally, we will prepare a price calculation based on the documents you send (in electronic form by e-mail or in physical form by post, courier, etc.) and then issue an advance invoice.

There are two ways to pay: a bank transfer or a credit card on our website. It's up to you, which way you choose. Immediately after receiving the required amount, the order will be started.

  • Invoice payment
Invoice payment is the method of payment applied to most of our permanent corporate customers after the first order. The condition is to send a duly confirmed order with the billing details of the customer and the corresponding payment morale of the customer.

  • Payment on delivery
For smaller orders, it is also possible to pay cash on delivery via Czech Post. This service is charged according to the current pricelist. You are informed of the total amount charged in the confirmation of your request.
